Pricing and packages

We welcome free users of Community Insight Australia. We encourage you use the tool to make real decisions and use it often. As a free user you will have access to our demo account.

When you become a subscriber you will have your own account, which means you can define areas that are important to your organisation and compare them across the indicators of your choice. You can  add an unlimited number of users within your organisation, map up to 30 of your own address datasets, map your data as heatmaps and generate an unlimited number of reports. For more information about subscribing, please email admin@communityinsightaustralia.org.

We have changed our pricing as of April 2020 to make the tool more affordable to smaller organisations.

Training: Decision-making using geographical data (1 day)

We offer a full day’s training for a group of up to 20 people for $10,000 + GST. Included in the training is free subscription to the Community Insight Australia tool for the next year. Groups in the past have done this as team professional development. The format is as follows:
1. Understanding and defining Australian geographies
2. Choosing locations for maximum impact on an indicator
3. Choosing between locations, by comparing their communities and need
4. Designing a new service or improving existing services by understanding the community in a location
The above activities can be done with fictitious communities and services or you can flesh out decisions that are specific and current to your work.
